BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: We offer four different level dance camps that start at age 3. Dancers will have daily classes in ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, acrobatics, musical theatre, and stretching. They will also get to do crafts, games, and activities, such as an aerial silks class. We offer a discounted rate for all of our camps if registered by March 1st.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, and more. Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern
CAMP LOCATION: Dimensions in Dance is located on the corner of Myrtle Street and Chestnut Street, just one block up from Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.
CAMP FACILITIES: Dimensions in Dance has three dance studios and a waiting area for personal belongings, lunches, and crafts.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Pre Ballet and Primary camp will include classes in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. Other activities include crafts, such as decorated tiaras and t-shirts, and story time.
Campers in the level 1 and 2 program will take classes in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Acro, and Tap. Additional activities include crafts and dress up.
Level 3 and 4 campers can expect classes in Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Lyrical, Tap, Acro, and Jazz. Additional activities include guest teachers, an Aerial workshop, crafts and water ballet.
The level 5 through adult intensive will feature Dimensions in Dance staff as well asl guest teachers in classes such as ballet, Pointe, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, tap and more. Dancers are also offered the opportunity to try an Aerial class as well as water ballet.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: The Summer Intensive is affiliated with Dimensions in Dance, a dance school offering ballet, Pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, lyrical, and acro classes. Dimensions in Dance offers several performance opportunities throughout the year, including an end of the year recital, as well as The Nutcracker and other shows put together by sister company Ballet Misha.
